We had a great Christmas getaway! The hot tub with a TV was definitely a highlight, and we enjoyed relaxing and watching our favorite shows. The interior of the hotel was beautifully designed, and our room was spacious and filled with natural light. Another advantage was the complimentary Hermes shampoo and toiletries provided. We were also impressed by the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated and allowed us to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
One aspect that could be improved is the TV channels. It would have been great to have English channels available, especially popular ones like CNN.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the spacious and light room, where we didn't hear any noise from other guests. The staff were welcoming and made us feel at home. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the hot tub with a TV, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. The cleanliness was also top-notch, and we appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided. this hotel was a great escape from the city.

We spent Christmas in a hotel located in the mountains, surrounded by snowy nature and cozy vibes. The room was spacious and well-decorated, with complimentary toiletries that smelled divine. The hot tub was undoubtedly the best aspect of our stay, it had a built-in TV that we enjoyed while soaking in the warm water.
The TV channels were only in Spanish, which was a bit disappointing. We couldn't watch any American programs or even news in English, which we had hoped for.

We had a great time at the hotel. The hot tub with a TV was amazing and provided the perfect relaxation. The rooms were spacious and quiet, allowing us to escape from the city. The staff were welcoming and the interior was beautiful. Free amenities like shampoo from Hermes added to the luxury experience.
The TV didn't offer English channels, which would have been nice to have for more comfort.

The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, meeting all of our needs. Private facilities such as the hot tub with a TV added to our exclusive experience.
While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we did find it disappointing that we were unable to watch American programs in English, particularly CNN. Though this was a minor issue, it would have made us feel more comfortable had we been able to do so.
